Remember!

Stop for a second, consider the food!
Think of the outcome the effect on your mood
That instant fix may make you smile
But you know it's not permanent, it lasts just a while

Remember the days when you don't have to hide
Because you have salad, not chocolate inside
The days when your energy and confidence soared
And you felt much more wholesome and so self-assured

When temptation comes knocking, don't let it in
Numbing emotions will not help you win
Feel it and own it, get back on the path
In the face of adversity, throw your head back and laugh

You know that true beauty is deeper than skin
But taking control gives you reason to grin
Running around with the kids in the park
Shines light in your life where once there was dark

There's no substitution for the glory you feel
When nutritious good food is the base of your meal
You are naturally positive, the life and the soul
A small step of belief helps you leap to your goal

You KNOW you can do it, life's just to short
To spend your time chomping on treats that you've bought
You're a beautiful woman, so sexy and strong
Hold on to that thought and you will not go wrong

Let go of frustration, let go of that frown
That spiral you've travelled now turns upside down
